Manage Lists
Feature Overview: Lists within our Lead Module serve as organized collections of leads, offering flexibility in grouping based on diverse criteria. This includes city, lead stage, website interactions, email campaign engagement, tasks, and more. The central hub, the Manage Lists page, facilitates the creation, editing, and viewing of lists, accommodating diverse functionalities.
List Types:
Static Lists: Fixed sets of leads, manually updated by adding, deleting, or importing leads.
Dynamic Lists: Leads defined by criteria, automatically updating as new leads meet specified conditions.
Create a List:
New List: Navigate to Leads > Manage Lists, create a new list, select criteria, and save as static or dynamic.
Empty List: Create an empty list with criteria, auto-populating as leads matching the criteria are added.
Import Lead: Efficiently import leads into lists.
Manage Lists Page:
Search and Filter: Effortlessly search for lists based on criteria or filter lists using tags.
Tags: Add tags for categorization, aiding in organized identification.
Row Actions: Edit, delete, send emails or notification, and custom actions.
Bulk Actions: Delete multiple lists simultaneously.
List Details Page:
Search for Leads: Utilize various criteria to search for leads within a list.
Row Actions: Perform lead actions individually or in bulk.
List Actions: Execute actions on the entire list, including adding leads, editing, sending emails or Notification, and more.
List Details Page Actions:
Search for Leads: Find leads based on detailed criteria such as attributes, lead stage, or date range.
Row Actions: Perform actions on individual leads.
List Actions: Execute actions on the entire list, including quick adding leads, editing, and triggering automations.
