Procedure:
Prerequisites:
Admin or Marketing User access is required.
Create Email Campaign: Access the Email Campaign module under Marketing and initiate the creation process.
Select Message Template:
Define the Email Campaign Name and Category.
Choose from various templates, including pre-designed options or utilize custom HTML for a personalized touch.
Alternatively, start from scratch by opting for a blank template.
Compose Message:
Craft personalized messages using the editor panel.
Format text, add structures, buttons, images, and more.
HTML usage is supported, ensuring flexibility in content creation.
Select Recipients and Tags:
Compile recipient lists or create new ones.
Apply marketing tags to categorize your campaign.
Exclude specific leads through Suppression Lists if needed.
Review Campaign:
Preview and review your campaign details.
Send a test email for additional review if desired.
Schedule Campaign:
Choose to send immediately or schedule for later.
Set the date, time, and time zone for scheduled campaigns.
